4 leaves of romaine lettuce
4 medium ripe tomatoes, seeded, cut into cubes
3 semi-descended radishes, cut into slices
2 Japanese cucumbers, cut into cubes
1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
1 sweet pepper, cut into triangles and toasted
1 small green bell pepper, seeded, cut into cubes
Vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and black pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the pineapple and lettuce

Combine all the ingredients
Assembly
Add the vinaigrette to the salad
Toss and adjust seasoning
Transfer to a plate and decorate with the lettuce
Serve with toasted sweet pepper.
