For the dressing

1 tablespoon finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (30 g)

1/2 cup olive oil (120 ml)

Separate the two types of spinach into leaves, wash, drain and cut into thin strips
Place in a round dish, sprinkle with parsley, cover with ham strips and reserve
Prepare the dressing: in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
