1 package of elbow macaroni
200 g of diced ham
200 g of mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 can of green corn
1 can of drained peas
Juice from 1/2 lemon
4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
1 hand full of chopped radish
Salt, oil, and raisins to taste

1 package of elbow macaroni

Cook the macaroni in boiling water until al dente, or soft but still firm
Then, drain and place it in a bowl
Let it cool and combine it with the diced ham, mozzarella cheese, green corn, and peas
Season with salt, lemon juice, and oil to taste
Add the raisins and mayonnaise, mixing slowly
Refrigerate for one hour
When serving, add chopped radish and parsley.
