1 can of tuna
2 hard-boiled eggs
4 large tomatoes
some lettuce leaves

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them in half, removing the top from each one
Use a spoon to remove all the seeds, leaving the tomatoes completely hollow
Cut the eggs into pieces, mix with the tuna and gently mash with a fork
Add the tuna's oil, mix well, and fill the tomatoes
Arrange individual plates with a good portion of chopped lettuce and a tomato on top
If desired, substitute the tuna with canned sardines
Just be sure to remove all the bones and that dark film that makes sardines indigestible.
