2 cups of watermelon cut into balls or cubes
3 cups of cooked rice
1 can of green corn (200g)
2 cups of chicken, turkey, or ham, cut into cubes
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of lime juice
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl
For the seasoning: combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid
Shake well until everything is well mixed
Season the salad ingredients
This salad can be served on a bed of lettuce or on a watermelon half
Serve chilled.
