Remove a slice, like a lid, from the top of the orange
With the knife, cut around the skin, leaving a border of 4 mm
Insert the knife 5 cm from the base of the fruit and make movements to the right and left, to loosen the pulp
Remove it with a fork
Pierce the pulp and reserve
Cut a thin slice at the base of the orange to leave it intact
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the turkey breast, red bell pepper, mayonnaise, and pulp
Stuff the oranges with the salad and, if desired, garnish with green onion.
