4 tomato halves, seeded and chopped
2 bunches of American lettuce
Dressing
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 1/2 cups of water
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

Grill a pan
Brush the cod with olive oil and grill it
Remove from heat and reserve

In a pressure cooker, cook the wild rice with water for 25 minutes, starting from when it begins to boil
Dressing
Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil
Transfer to a blender, add lemon juice, water, salt, and blend
Assembling
Mix the cod, wild rice, tomato, chopped lettuce, and dressing
To serve with, toast Italian bread slices
