Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges
Grate the salted fish and chop the carrots
Peel the onions and slice them into rings
Chop the nuts, but not into very small pieces
Cut the sardines into chunks and the mangoes into cubes
Mix everything with the cooked white beans
Mix the sour cream and fresh cream with the vinegar and season well with salt and black pepper
Add this seasoning to the salad
Check the seasoning before serving
If desired, use chestnuts from ParΓ‘ or cashews instead of nuts
The cashew should be toasted
