In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the garlic and onion, cook for 3 minutes, then add the tomatoes, zucchini, and cook until tender
Mix in the cornmeal crumbs, parsley, and black pepper
Remove from heat, stir in the hard-boiled eggs and green olives.
