2 hard-boiled eggs, diced or sliced into thin strips

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, 1/4 cup of water, salt, and pepper; mix well
Cook the broccoli until tender, then let it cool
Temper the broccoli with the sauce mixture and refrigerate in a covered container
Just before serving, drain and serve garnished with egg.
