Bring 3 liters of water to a boil in a large pot
When it starts boiling, add the green bean feijão, stir once and immediately strain it
Rinse with cold water
Place in a bowl lined with a clean cloth
The cloth will absorb the water
Refrigerate for 10 minutes or more
Remove the cloth and leave the green bean feijão in the bowl
When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion
