In a bowl, combine the yeast and water
Mix well until dissolved
Add the remaining ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms
Knead lightly and form into a ball about 10 inches in diameter

Place the dough in the prepared loaf pan and let rise for an hour
Preheat oven to high temperature
Brush with olive oil and dust with salt

Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown
Remove from oven, unmold, and serve.
