For the dressing
1 cup of natural yogurt (200g)
1 container of cream cheese (227g)
1/4 cup of sugar (45g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Add the papaya, pineapple, tamarind, and mint leaves
Mix carefully
Set aside
Prepare the dressing: in a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth
Pour into a serving dish
Serve the salad with the dressing
