In the evening, line a large colander with a clean and fine cotton cloth
Place the colander over a bowl and pour in the yogurt
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 12 hours to drain the whey from the yogurt
Put the dates in a bowl and cover them with cold water
Let it rest for 6 hours
Discard the whey and transfer the yogurt cream to a bowl
Beat the cream with a fork until smooth
Spread the cleaned red fruits on the surface of the bowl, interlacing them with the dates
Douse with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
