1/2 cup of dried grapes
2 to 3 cups of natural yogurt
1/2 cup of whipped cream
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
6 ice cubes
1 diced cucumber
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onion
to taste: salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 cup of dried grapes
2 to 3 cups of natural yogurt
1/2 cup of whipped cream

Soak the dried grapes in cold water for 5 minutes
Place the yogurt in a large bowl and add the whipped cream, egg, ice cubes, cucumber, green onion, salt, and black pepper
Stir well to combine
Drain the soaked grapes and add them to the mixture
Add 1 cup of cold water and stir very well
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
Serve garnished with parsley and cumin.
