Wrap the bananas in their skins in plastic wrap and place them in a pot
Cover with cold water and bring to a boil
Carefully unwrap the bananas and peel them
Mash them with a fork and add the butter
Mix well and add the flour and lightly beaten eggs
Blend until smooth, then transfer to a greased bowl
Bake in a medium oven preheated to 350°F (180°C)
Remove from heat and dust with confectioner's sugar and cinnamon.
