Flesh the sweet potato, rinse it well under running water to remove any bitterness, then squeeze out 1 kg
Remove the milk from the coconuts; with the hot water, mix in the sweet potato puree along with the sugar, cinnamon, clove, cashew nuts, whole eggs, egg yolks, and melted butter
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased mold
Garnish with whole cashews and bake in a hot oven.
