2 cans of condensed milk

1 In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, butter, milk, and cocoa powder
2 Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken at the bottom of the pan
It should be slightly more liquid than when you're ready to roll it out
Let it cool down
3 Cut the chocolate roll cake into 5 discs
Place a layer of chocolate filling on each disc
Set aside some extra chocolate filling
Refrigerate the filled cake until the filling is set
4 After chilling, spread the reserved chocolate filling over the top and cover with white and milk chocolate chips.
