Ingredients for the dough:
125g all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cold water
Ingredients for the filling:
1/2 kg fresh cheese
7 eggs
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 tablespoons cinnamon
100g butter
120g all-purpose flour
200g ground almonds
Ingredients for the dough:

For the dough, combine the flour with the water seasoned with salt
Add water to obtain a manageable dough
Work the dough well and let it rest covered with a cloth for 10 minutes
Then open the dough finely and cut into slices
Place these inside pastry cups previously greased with butter and dusted with flour
For the filling: Place the cheese in a cloth, squeeze it well, and place it in a bowl
Add all other ingredients and mix them
The dough should be consistent
Fill the prepared pastry cups and bake in the oven
Once ready, garnish with a cherry and arrange on paper cups.
