Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside
Beat the yolks well and add the sugar
Beat again and add the butter
Continue beating until a smooth mixture forms
Turn off the mixer and add the flour, alternating with the passion fruit juice, and mix until homogeneous
Add the yeast and beaten egg whites
Gradually incorporate them
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
Glaze: Mix the passion fruit with sugar and bring to a boil
Let it cool and brush the cooled cake.
