Combine well the condensed milk, whipped cream, cocoa powder, milk, and brandy in a bowl. Reserve
Milk
In a mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth
Add the milk, cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour to the mixer
Mix well
Finally, add the beaten egg whites
Beat until stiff
Place the mixture in a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes
Astill warm, pierce the pudding with a fork, remove half of the cobertura, and cut into small squares
Let cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
Serve by adding more cold cobertura.
