600 g (4 3/4) of all-purpose flour
and more to dust the work surface
1 packet of yeast for bread
3 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
3 yolks
1/2 cup of butter or margarine at room temperature
1 cup of warm milk

1 cup of warm milk
Place the flour in a bowl
Make a depression in the middle
Break up the yeast in this depression
Add the sugar, salt, egg, yolks, and butter or margarine at room temperature around it
Pour the warm milk over the yeast
Mix all the ingredients until you get a dough
Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a smooth surface, mix well
Shape into a ball
Dust with flour and let rest in a protected area for 20 to 25 minutes
Form into a nest (see photo)
Place in a greased baking dish and bake until golden brown
When cooled, decorate with egg strings and top with white meringue.
