Rainbow Biscuit

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and butter cut into small pieces

Mix with your fingers until it forms a crumbly mixture

Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract and knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous dough

Divide the dough into five equal parts

In each part, add some drops of food coloring

Knead again to mix the coloring evenly throughout the dough

Slightly roll out the dough on a smooth surface dusted with flour using a pasta machine or a rolling pin

Cut out various shapes (like modeling clay)

Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, until the edges start to brown

Yield: approximately 52 biscuits per unit.
