one tablespoon grated lemon zest

Beat the eggs well with the salt, gradually add the sugar beating until the mixture is quite thick
Add the remaining ingredients, pour into a freezer tray and freeze
When it's half frozen, beat until smooth and creamy and continue freezing until firm.
