In a large salad bowl, sprinkle the pineapple with salt
Add the cabbage, onion, carrot, and celery
Add the salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, raisins, and mix
Set aside
In a skillet, fry the bacon over high heat until golden brown and crispy
Drain, chop, and sprinkle over the salad
