For the salad
2 medium beets grated on a coarse grater
2 apples peeled and diced
100g toasted pecans
4 large radishes cut into thin slices
1/3 cup of seedless grape juice
For the dressing
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of heavy cream

Prepare the dressing by mixing all ingredients well
Combine with the salad and mix
Chill for 6 hours.
