1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard (preferably)
2 cups of grated carrots (4 medium carrots)
1/2 cup of black raisins, without seeds
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
Salt to taste

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard
Add the carrots and remaining ingredients
Mix well and season
Serve with lettuce leaves
Let it sit for 4 hours.
