2 sweet verbenas
4 peeled and sliced pears
1 cup of grapes
10 black olives, finely chopped
Seasoning:
4 spoons (table) of lemon juice
4 spoons (table) of orange juice
1 spoon (table) of mustard paste
Salt and black pepper to taste
6 spoons (table) of olive oil

Wash the sweet verbenas thoroughly and cut into strips
Soak in cold water for 1 hour
Drain
Arrange on a platter with sliced pears, arugula leaves, and black olives
Sprinkle with black olives
Mix the juices, mustard, salt, and pepper
Add the olive oil slowly, stirring well
Distribute the seasoning over the salad
Serves 4.
