In a pressure cooker, cook the wheat in water for an hour or until the flakes are soft
Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again
In a serving dish, mix the wheat, vinegar, wheat germ, and garlic
Arrange in the center of the salad bowl
Around it, arrange the spinach and radish
Garnish with green olives, drizzle with olive oil and salt
