2 cups of cooked and drained white beans
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
5 black olives, pitted and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
5 tomatoes, cored and chopped

2 Malagueta peppers

2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges

In a salad bowl, combine the beans, green pepper, olives, onion, and half of the tomato
Season with salt and black pepper and reserve
Clean the red bell pepper and cut it into pieces
Heat some olive oil in a skillet and sauté the remaining tomato, garlic, red bell pepper, and Malagueta peppers until well combined
Blend in a blender and strain through a sieve
Transfer to a bowl and add the white beans, stirring in the vinegar as needed to achieve a creamy dressing
Garnish with hard-boiled eggs, tomato, black olive, and fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
