11/2 cup of nasturtium
1/2 part of curly leaf lettuce
1/2 part of American lettuce
10 leaves of radicchio
Dressing
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
For garnish
Agrião and nasturtium stems
11/2 cup of nasturtium
1/2 part of curly leaf lettuce
1/2 part of American lettuce
10 leaves of radicchio

In a large salad bowl, arrange the American lettuce leaves first, followed by the curly leaf lettuce, then the radicchio leaves
All of them should be placed with their stalks facing the bottom of the dish to resemble a large flower's design
Arrange the agrião stems and decorate everything with flowers
Dressing
Mix all ingredients well
Serve over the salad or in a dressing bowl.
