Make a dressing
Mix the yogurt with the English-style sauce, honey, and black pepper until it's homogeneous. Reserve
Season the agrião with 1 spoonful of the dressing and arrange it in a salad bowl
Mix the pineapple cubes with grated carrot and drizzle with the remaining dressing
Place the pineapple on top of the agrião and serve immediately
If desired, add boiled potato at the time of serving.
