1 package of lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 cup natural yogurt
1 cup diced cucumber without seeds
1 tablespoon English mint sauce

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water
Add the vinegar and chopped onion, stir well, and refrigerate until firm
Mix the yogurt into the slightly firm gelatin, stirring very well
Add the diced cucumber and English mint sauce, and mix well
Distribute this mixture among 6 or 7 glass cups and refrigerate until very firm or for at least a day
If desired, place in a decorative mold and unmold when serving.
