4 figs cut into quarters
2 pears cut into thin slices
150g white cheese cubed
1 tablespoon mustard seeds

1 Rinse the leaves well and dry them
In a salad bowl, combine the leaves, figs, pears, and white cheese
Sprinkle mustard seeds over the top and reserve
2 In a blender, mix well the mustard, orange juice, yogurt, salt, and oil
Serve the salad with the dressing or drizzle before serving.
