3 bunches (about) of mixed green leaves (lettuce, arugula, spinach)
4 figs, cut into quarters
50g white cheese, cubed
1/4 cup of toasted almonds
Dressing
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
Pulp of 1/2 passionfruit
Salt and black pepper to taste

Dressing: in a small bowl, mix the vinegar with the mustard until smooth
In a thin stream, whisk together the olive oil without stopping until fully incorporated
Add the passionfruit pulp and season with salt and pepper
Assemble the salad
Drizzle the greens with dressing and sprinkle with cheese, figs, and almonds
Sprinkle toasted almonds on top and serve immediately.
