For the salad
2 medium sweet grasses, washed and trimmed with some leaves cut into thin strips (1.25 kg)
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 large green apple (220 g)
1 cup of prosciutto ham sliced into thin strips (160 g)
1/3 cup of chopped nuts (30 g)
For the dressing
1/3 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper to taste
