2 boxes of lemon gelatin
2 tablespoons (of soup) of unsalted gelatin
salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups boiling water
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
4 cups coarsely chopped cabbage, and finely chopped
1 cup diced green beans
cup grated carrot
2 boxes of lemon gelatin
2 tablespoons (of soup) of unsalted gelatin
salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups boiling water
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
4 cups coarsely chopped cabbage, and finely chopped
1 cup diced green beans
cup grated carrot
Prepare a 24 x 9 cm rectangular mold with no hole in the middle, and refrigerate it
Combine the two gelatins with salt in a bowl
Add boiling water and stir until the gelatin dissolves
Add vinegar, mayonnaise, and mustard
Refrigerate until thickened
Add remaining ingredients
Moisten the chilled mold with cold water
Place the mixture in the mold
Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours or overnight
Unmold, and serve with additional mayonnaise if desired
