Melt the gelatin in the cold water
Drain the pineapple well, reserving the juice
If necessary, add a little more water to make 1 cup
Beat the eggs lightly, then combine with the pineapple juice
Cook in a double boiler until it thickens slightly
Add the melted gelatin and stir until dissolved
Chill in the refrigerator
Combine the yogurt, beating the gelatin first if it's too firm
