2 small pineapples

Peel the pineapples and chop them finely, reserving the juice that forms
Place this juice in a bowl
Put the chopped pineapple in a saucepan
Add half of the water
Let it simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes
Mash the cooked pineapple through a strainer and add to the hot honey, which is, the syrup made with the other half of the water and sugar
Let it cool down
Add the reserved pineapple juice
Place in the freezer
If you want a creamier consistency, blend after partially frozen and place back in the freezer until set.
