4 tablespoons of peanuts without salt
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup (ch) of white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare the dressing: blend peanuts, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in a blender for 15 seconds
While still blending, add sesame oil in a thin stream and blend until the dressing thickens
Set aside
In a salad bowl, mix the salad ingredients, dress with the dressing, and garnish with peanuts
Serve immediately.
