In a little bit of this broth, cook sliced mushrooms, salt and green pepper. Debone the chicken and add to the vegetables. Over 1/2 cup of macaroni, place 100g of chicken with vegetables, 1/2 cup of cooked and cooled broad beans prepared as follows: Cook the broad beans. Drain and let cool. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper to taste, and 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar. Pour this mixture over the broad beans and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, drain.
