Chicken Salad with Macaroni (Chicken with Macaroni)

    Remove the skin from the chicken. Cook it. Remove the chicken from the pan. Discard the fat that has formed on the surface of the broth. In a little bit of this broth, cook sliced mushrooms, salt and green pepper. Debone the chicken and add to the vegetables. Over 1/2 cup of macaroni, place 100g of chicken with vegetables, 1/2 cup of cooked and cooled broad beans prepared as follows: Cook the broad beans. Drain and let cool. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper to taste, and 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar. Pour this mixture over the broad beans and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, drain.
