Soak the soy and wheat flour in separate containers and cover them with water
Let it sit for 30 minutes

Remove the water, passing each of the soy and wheat flour separately through a sieve

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, except for the grated Parmesan cheese
Shape the pâté in the refrigerator and top with the grated Parmesan cheese
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
Serve immediately.
