1 package of type fusilli pasta
200g of beef bacon
1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Clean the bacon and cut it into thin strips. Reserve
Wash the spinach leaves and place them in a covered pan
Simmer over low heat until the spinach wilts
Drain well all the liquid that forms and chop the leaves
In a pan, warm half of the olive oil and cook the onion until translucent
Add the bacon and cook until lightly browned
Add the spinach and season with salt and black pepper
While this is happening, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, yet firm
Drain, add the remaining olive oil, and gently fold in the bacon and spinach mixture
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
