3 large oranges or 4 medians
3 bananas
1/2 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of orange juice
2/3 cup of shredded coconut

Peel the oranges and cut into pieces
(Remove seeds if desired.) Cut the bananas into slices
Mix the sugar with the orange juice, add the shredded coconut, and combine with the fruits
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving
Serve in four portions.
