80g of grated ginger
300g of whipped cream

Peel the pineapple, apples, bananas, and two oranges
Cut into small cubes
Add the whole strawberries that have been macerating in the rum and a spoonful of grated ginger for an hour
Place the mixture in a container and drizzle with the juice from the remaining two oranges and the rum used to macerate the strawberries
Dust with the remaining grated ginger and refrigerate for two or three hours
You can serve it in a glass fruit bowl or individual cups, garnished with whipped cream.
