4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed or concentrated orange juice without diluting
2 tablespoons of honey
2 medium green apples, peeled and sliced
1 small melon, cut into triangles
200g of strawberries, halved

In a medium bowl, mix well all the dressing ingredients
Cover and refrigerate
Distribute the fruits in a decorative salad bowl or individual plates, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
When serving, place 1/4 cup of dressing over each fruit portion or, if preferred, leave it aside
