Arrange the slices of bresaola in a large platter to resemble a flower arrangement
Place the grapes in the center and decorate around with lettuce and cheese strips
Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, water, salt, and black pepper until well combined
Slowly add oil while continuously whisking until an emulsion forms
Dress the salad just before serving
