1 cup of peeled and seeded pineapple
1/2 cup of banana slices
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of your preferred liqueur
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup of mixed berry fruit (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries), chopped
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
1 cup of peeled and seeded pineapple

Cut the pineapple into four parts and then cut each part into wedges
Soak the pineapple wedges in cold water with half of the lime juice and reserve
Cut the pineapple into medium-sized cubes
Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the well-drained pineapple
Fry for three minutes
Add the pineapple and fry for another two minutes
Add the banana slices and fry for another two minutes
Pour in the liqueur, stir delicately until the alcohol evaporates
Add the remaining ingredients and stir for one minute
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
