Leave the honeys in the refrigerator for a few hours
Cut them in half lengthwise
Remove the seeds
Remove the pulp with a cookie cutter
Wash the lemons well and cut two into thin slices
Arrange the lemon slices with honey in a bowl
Squeeze the remaining lemon over the honey syrup that remained on the shells
Add the rum and drizzle over the fruits
Cover and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours maximum
