3 cans of tomato soup
1 cucumber, sliced
1 lettuce leaf
1 egg yolk
1/2 clove of garlic
salt, pepper, and parsley to taste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2/3 cup of white wine

In a blender, combine the tomato soup, cucumber, and lettuce
Blend until smooth
Peele the garlic and set it aside or discard it
Mix in the seasonings and slowly add the olive oil while stirring constantly
Add the white wine and then serve the cold soup chilled
Check the seasoning and serve garnished with chopped fresh herbs, if desired
